Cancellation
Policy: All
cancelled orders will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee. To
cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at
1-480-247-2094. Orders are generally processed through our system within 24
hours, so we may be unable to cancel your order before it has shipped. All
orders are automatically uploaded to our secure merchant processor and sent
for shipment as soon as they are placed. All orders that have been shipped
must have a Return Authorization Number and will be treated as a return.
Return Policy: Purchases
may be returned within 30 days. Unless posted with the item on our web site
“No Return On this Item”. No returns after 30 days from purchase. ALL
returned orders are assessed a 15% return fee on total order placed unless
restocking fees are posted with the item on our website. Item(s) MUST
be returned in their original shipped condition or NO CREDIT WILL BE
ISSUED, and include all related parts, factory packaging and
instructions (written on factory instructions will be charged an additional
$5.00 to replace). Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Items
returned damaged, used, or non re-sellable are not refunded. All returns
must have an RA# clearly marked on the outside of the package. Returns are
not accepted without a return number. A copy of your sale receipt should be
included with your return. Complete and submit our on-line form to request
a Return Authorization Number or call 480-247-2094.
Shipping:
Shipping cost are based on method you choose, weight and
destination zone. All shipping costs can be quoted on our online
order form prior to completing your order. No shipping is done on
Holidays or weekends. International orders are shipped thru the US
Post Office Priority Mail International only. We reserve the right
to alter the shipping method due to excessive volume or weight.
Allow 2 to 4 business days for Priority Mail thru the US Post
Office. Allow 4 to 7 business days for First Class Mail thru the US
Post Office. Allow 4 to 7 business days for delivery thru UPS
ground. Allow 15 to 20 business days for International shipments.
Warranty Information:
All items on our web site are brand new. All items
carry a 1 year factory warranty, unless posted on our web site as
“non returnable”. If the item you purchased from us fails in the
first 30 days, you may send the item back to us and we will replace
it at no charge. After the initial 30 day period, the product is
replaced at no charge, but the customer is responsible for shipping
both ways. Also, experience tells us that most items returned with
claims to be “defective”, are in fact not defective. Some items we
can test while others we cannot. So, if we need to send out a no
charge replacement item for a claimed defective product, and it does
not work or solve the problem, then the shipping and handling charge
will be assessed on the returned goods. |
